Becky's NEW Video
In her first instructional video, Becky Browne leads you on a journey of soft, flowing movements that quiet the mind while providing the body with improved circulation and the joints with greater flexibility. Along the way, you'll discover better coordination, improved balance, and better muscle tone.
Becky shares with you the secret that the Chinese culture has embraced for centuries - the beautiful and powerful art of Tai Chi. Throughout this Tai Chi Qigong (chee-gong) video, the focus is on deep breathing, relaxation of the body, and slow-motion movements.
Becky Browne holds a degree in recreation from Arizona State University and has taught Tai Chi classes for many years. She has been a guest speaker at state and regional conferences on aging as well as seminars on Parkinson's, fibromyalgia, and stroke. She has also appeared demonstrating Qigong movements on the ABC television program "Good Morning America".
